Milla the deaf cat has never heard the "normal" meows that cats make. So when she wants attention from her human, she's forced to improvise--and the sounds she utters are as strange as they are charming. We, of course, have a special fondness for special-needs cats here at HiHomer, and there's nothing we love more than seeing a differently-abled kitty thriving in a loving home--which makes this video a true pleasure on a number of levels.
